SO WHAT DOES Therapy LOOK LIKE?

You'll tell me what you want to work on and we'll start there. We’ll begin to establish our relationship, explore your strengths, identify what it is you want and get clear about what it is you don’t want. We will co-create a plan and schedule that works for you. This work isn’t aimed at advice giving or fixing, but at guiding and uncovering. I am simply going to sit with you, bring you in contact with the present, and hold space for things to freely emerge with less thinking, more sensing.  We’ll work through the layers, uncover your values and desires, and find a path to your authentic Self.
